If you need help from associates, good luck. My daughter was looking for shoes that showed in stock. We asked for help that was non existent.

Was able to get his baseball cleats, glove, batting gloves, bat, helmet, pants, ball and he wanted some cool necklaces. Just need chest protector they were out. Fun time letting him pick out his new equipment. Staff was nice and helpful thank you Jeremiah!

This store refused to refund with a receipt paid for with debit card less than a week before for a Jordan backpack. The backpack was u damaged with the tags still on it. The only thing they would do is a gift card for store credit. The cash I spent there could have been spent anywhere and was in fact needed else where. But now it just able to be spent at dicks. What crap! Then as I started reading the reviews here it appears this is a common theme at this location. Perhaps the managers of this store need to be looked at a little closer. Something is definitely off at this location. Why are they getting away with this!?!?

Absolutely outstanding customer service! This was my first time shopping at Dick’s Sporting Goods, and it certainly won’t be my last. I spent over an hour in the store while my children tried on multiple pairs of sports shoes, and despite the shoe section being packed, KJ and her co-worker (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) went above and beyond to assist us. Their patience, efficiency, and attentiveness were remarkable—they brought out every size we needed with virtually no wait time, all while juggling requests from other customers. At checkout, Ryan provided top-tier service with a professional yet friendly demeanor. He genuinely seemed happy to be there, ensuring we had everything we needed before leaving. With a team this exceptional, it’s no wonder Dick’s Sporting Goods remains a go-to destination for athletes and families alike. Huge kudos to the staff for setting the bar so high!

All the sporting goods you love at the prices you can’t afford. A pair of basketball shorts were marked at $50, all you’re paying for is the logo. Otherwise, store was clean, organized, and fully stocked.
